A NEW NAME FOR OUR RESTAURANT AT MONT SAINT-MICHEL !

Our restaurant is changing its name to “La Salicorne”. Just a stone’s throw from Mont Saint-Michel, our restaurant “La Rôtisserie” has reopened under a new name: “La Salicorne”. This is our way of evolving and introducing you to new products while preserving the ambiance and friendliness of the place.

The Mont Saint-Michel and its bay inspire us in the creation of our dishes, and the name of the establishment had to reflect our values and inspirations. “La Salicorne,” this emblematic marine plant of the Normandy and Brittany coasts, symbolizes the entire ecosystem of the bay on its own.

Our team in the dining room remains the same, faithful to what our customers have always known. Friendliness, efficiency, and good humor are essential within the teams of La Salicorne. This new restaurant at Mont Saint-Michel welcomes you starting from February 4th, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

La Salicorne offers you a world cuisine, modern, colorful, festive, and above all, eco-responsible.

Our dried vegetables and cereals come from organic farming cultivated in Normandy and Brittany.

We find a combination of land and sea, drawing its energy from the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay and its region, as perfectly illustrated by the lamb tagine with samphire or our essential Normandy platter highlighting our local terroir and producers.

We place great importance on highlighting the traceability of our products in an environmental and eco-responsible approach overseen by our chef Luciano TIROUMALE, all served by a dining team supervised by Merlin MANKULU.Come meet our teams and discover a healthy, delicious, and responsible cuisine.
